Can I use it?
XD silly question, I wouldn't have posted it as a downloadable lineart otherwise.

Does it work in GIMP, SAI, etc?
No clue! Try for yourself. (sorry!)

Can I move the watermark/ use the lineart on another site?

NO, becuz it IS!

Can I make adopts with it?
Yes, for points to.

May I add accessories?
You may add accessories such as hats, ear rings, scarfs, etc. However, no horns, wings or extra tails, as I said previsouly.
